MyQuickDinner developed mainly for my large family circle to share my cooking style. My videos are VERY EASY TO FOLLOW. My objective is to help the younger generation who are just starting to learn how to prepare a delicious meal for their families. Many of my recipes created for my children, nieces and nephews expressing their desire to learn how to make dishes that their Mom and Dad have made for them. I added variation to suit other family members that perhaps not so brave to try exotic recipes. My passion in cooking led me to create my YouTube Channel: Mama Nelly’s Kitchen to share my Cooking Style, Tips and Tricks that they can carry on to help the next generation.
